Following Government Guidance we have implemented a host of new safeguards to protect both you, our clients, and our team.

Although our salon experience will be different, we will do all we can to make it as welcoming and as safe as possible.

Protocols in place

• Special Screening Area / Contactless Temperature Check.
• Deep Cleaning.
• Hand Sanitisers at each Station.
• Hospital Grade Sanitising Wipes to clean each station between use, and all surfaces and touch points.
• A one way system in place, and salon capacity limited to allow for distancing.
• Hair tools thoroughly cleaned using ‘Barbicide’ after each use
• Disposable Gowns and Towels.
• Nightly ‘Cold Fogging’ using a fine misted hospital grade disinfectant to eradicate bacteria/viruses from all surfaces and air conditioning units.
• Comprehensive staff training in Covid 19 Prevention.
• Clearly social distancing as we know it doesn’t apply, as with transport etc so we would ask you to bring face coverings.
• All staff have been issued with masks, visors, and disposable aprons.

Your Salon Experience

Our Reception has been moved opposite, to No 7 the Royal Arcade, where we have created a ‘Screening Hub’.

There will be no waiting area, so we will ask you to arrive on time, and access to the hub will be limited to allow for social distancing. Please bring as little as possible, as we are unable to handle coats etc. There will be a rail for your use.

We would respectfully ask you to undergo a contactless temperature check and if this exceeds 37.5, we will ask you to rebook. We will have a short screening questionnaire for the purposes of ‘Track and Trace’. (We hope you will not attend if you have symptoms)

You will then be taken to your stylist – we have implemented a one-way system as far as possible. We will be using all our rooms so we can have as much space around us as possible.

We will continue to monitor Guidelines and make changes accordingly, and we will update you as necessary.

We would also appreciate your patience – whilst we are doing everything possible, it is an unprecedented and challenging time for us all.
